Darlene Feyler, a published artist, (DAR), is a many time award recipient and children's art teacher with the Contra Costa Academy of Fine Art. She is involved in outreach, school and community programs.
A grandmother of ten, four of her grandchildren are award winners, painting and auctioning in the thousand dollar range for school funding.
DAR's Young Picasso students have won from first place to judges' choice, and have been involved in fairs, community shows and galleries, including winner of State competitions, with many being published in a variety of medias.
